What Was Left Behind

Exhibition runs Feb. 14–17

Gallery 100 is pleased to present "What Was Left Behind," a BFA group exhibition that focuses on the after effects associated with the events we choose to photograph. After the image is taken, what does that person feel? Where will they go? How will the motion be completed? Does the touch linger? These are questions that every photograph requires us to answer. Between transitions from black-and-white to full color, viewers experience the cycle of emotions and places that we leave behind in our photographs and how they will live forever captured on the pages that hang from these walls.

This exhibition features six graduating BFA students in photography: Serena Brown, Tiana Fleming, Joey Jessen, Adam Riding, Yasmine Spaulding and V Thomas.

Exhibition Dates: Feb. 14–17, 2022
Opening Reception: Tuesday, Feb. 15, 5–8 p.m.
Gallery Hours: Monday–Thursday, noon–5 p.m.

Entrance on 9th Street (south side of Mirabella building). Paid parking is available in Lot 20 and the 10th Street Parking Structure.
