"Scope" is an exhibition of six BFA painting majors, all from different backgrounds and whose works all portray stages of change and being in flux. These stages of change represent who we were before and what we are now. Our scope ranges from memories, dreams, beauty standards, heritage and relationships. These artists paint from life, observation and exaggerated imagination. Each artist explore a wide variety of paint mediums, including oil, spray paint, acrylics and watercolor.
The artists that will be featuring their work are Jillian Bagley, Mariela Varela, Katherine Del Rosario, Rachel Axthelm, Emmett Graham, and Annie German.
Join the artists for an opening reception on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 5 to 8 p.m.
