The collaborative team of Claudia Mesch, associate professor of art history in the ASU School of Art in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and Hjorleifur Jonsson, associate professor in the ASU School of Human Evolution and Social Change, has received a Herberger Institute Research Council seed grant for 2014-15 for the project "Ethnographic Surrealism: Prehistories and Legacies in the North American West.
